This was our first experience with building we weren’t sure what to expect, but Evan took the stress out of what could have been a confusing process.

Throughout the build we were living in the front of the existing house and had a baby who arrived early in the renovation. We experienced quite minimal disruption and it was always a very tidy site considering the work that was being completed.

Evan met with us along the way and regularly provided options that would make the most of the building for our lifestyle.

Evan was incredibly organised and a great communicator and held regular discussions with us on the work that was being completed and what to expect in the upcoming weeks. He also used a project management program that we found incredibly beneficial which contained a regularly updated project timeframe along with all relevant documentation.

Evan has worked with his contractors for a number of years over many projects, he ensured that they all completed their work to the same high standards of finishes that he does himself.

We would definitely use Evan again for any future renovations and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a builder who has very high standard of work and is a great communicator. On completion of the build there was not a single thing that required a return to the site for review.

He went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
