Evan Graham has been the builder of choice for the school since 2001. He has been involved in eight projects at the school since that time, and has earned himself a strong reputation for his ability to deliver outcomes which are highly satisfactory to all concerned. Evan’s first project was to transform a dilapidated bathroom in a school residence into a functional and beautiful space. His ideas at the planning stage, and attention to detail throughout the project were key reasons for its success.
This project was soon followed by the construction of a large studio with a workshop under, attached to an existing double garage which needed some rectification work beforehand. On this much larger undertaking Evan once again proved his abilities in all facets of the building project. In the intervening years Evan has been involved with a number of other construction and maintenance projects at the school, leading up to 2007, when he was the builder/project manager for the construction of a covered quadrangle/lunch shelter at the school involving all trades. Once again the result was a structure which adds significantly to the ambience of the school.
In 2008 the school embarked on a project with Commonwealth funding involving the construction of a new amenities block. Evan managed the construction and was involved in all facets of the work in a way that caused minimal disruption to the school routine. The result is commendable on every level.
I wholeheartedly recommend Evan Graham for his vision, honesty and reliability, and for his ability to communicate effectively with the client and sub-contractors, making for a smooth and workable relationship and highly satisfactory outcome for each project.
